We delivered a Salesforce Service Cloud implementation allowing customer service agents access to all relevant data captured in the clients new MDM solution. We designed data flows and integrations that ensured the integrity and matching of the data that flowed between systems and developed additional microservices within Salesforce to allow data to be easily accessed by the clients digital experiences platform. This not only gave visibility of the data to Call Centre reps but also a new API first approach that allowed the client to build several membership experiences on the new platform.

We partnered with our client to perform a Salesforce Org Health Check on an existing Sales & Service Cloud implementation. The Org had become fragmented from the use of multiple suppliers, changes in key stakeholders and an over reliance on platform customisations. On assessment we found that over 60% of the customisation could be refactored to configuration and/or removed from the system with the remaining code standardised by using our trusted coding frameworks. We delivered these changes without impact to the business users, completely streamlining the administration overhead of the Org. We also provided a flexible application support model for delivery of BAU and enhancement requests.
